Venue Host

Our host will be your problem solver if anything should arise, offer guest assistance and handle all compliance to make sure guests know and follow the venue rules. Our host also ensures toiletries are stocked and garbage's are emptied. The goal of our venue host is to make sure the wedding runs smoothly and that the couple and their guests have a memorable day!

Venue Coordinator

Take it a step further to ensure everything goes smoothly. We typically start working with you a few weeks before your wedding day to understand your vision and finalize all the details. On the wedding day, we manage and assist vendors, coordinate the client-provided timeline, greet guests and assist with seating. Our coordinators know our space which ensures you get the best service for your event.

Reception Set Up / Event Styling

Once your design plan is finalized, we'll transform the reception space by setting the tables with your provided linens and decor. We'll carefully place all the decorations, including lighting the candles.
